World Building
This story takeplace in the future, 2045, America. In this story, there are two kinds of living being. The first one is human, and the second one is the advanced human called as "The Ordinal."
The advanced human existed from an experiment that was done by some scientist who believe that evolution on humans are possible, despite from the argument that said it is not possible because of some clash with the other existed theory.
Character Introduction
Nova
The main female protagonist, previously named as Eloise Sanders, but she got picked up as one of the experiment subject and forced to undergo "The Ordinal Project" and later became one of the successful experiment subject and was given the name Nova.
Because of the experiment, she lost her former life memories as well as her name, but later then discovered her memories eventually.
She is rather expressionless as she wouldn't bother to shown any emotion and because of it she had those unapproachable aura. But if people start to interact with her, those impression would change completely. Despite her appearance, she was actually kind to her allies and there would be those rare moments where she would show a small expression of her bashfulness or kind smile.
Zen
He is Nova's companion who she found when she was in the middle of the forest.
At first, he was living in the wild, the forest. Because of its environment, he got used to living with a hostile intention towards other for the sake of surviving. He met with the main protagonist when she was in the middle of some kind of patrolling around the area. When the main protagonist approached him, because of his natural behavior, he injured the main protagonist in the right hand because of his instinct to be cautious especially humans, added with the additional smell that he smelled from the main protagonist.
Not long after, enemies showed up. Enemy that target any being that it laid it eyes on. A failed experiment subject that got throwed away from the city to the forest. Because of the blood that came out from the main protagonist, it got lured to their place and at a large number. They have to fight them for surviving. Different from the main protagonist who already used on fighting them, he had a difficulty on them because usually he would avoid them as per his natural instinct. But it wasn’t an option at that time. As the enemy almost got him, the main protagonist managed to protect him and deflected the enemy and killed it. And at the time, it was already the last one.
At first, he was still hostile towards the main protagonist even after she saved him. But soon after, the main protagonist didn’t even bother to approach him nor leave. She simply sat down right there, put down her weapon, and gave him a soft gaze. He who saw that got confused and didn’t know how to return those gesture as he had never received those kinds of treatment. He then noticed the hand that he injured before. The injury was getting worse because of the intense movement from the main protagonist during the fight earlier, but she didn’t show any expressions regarding the injury. He then felt some urge, something that he had never felt before, guilt. He maybe left in the wild for a long time, and era was moving as people forgot about their race because of the terror that they felt, but dog is still a dog to their blood, along with their high sense of loyalty. He then approached the main protagonist and rub his head to the protagonist arm, as a thankyou and as a vow of following the main protagonist wherever she goes.
